The Lokers are preparing a family feast.
Al’s latest cookbook is coming out: Available for pre-order now, “Al Roker’s Recipe Book” features 100 recipes written by the Today weatherman and his daughter, Courtney Roker Raga.
In this cookbook, we share some of the Lokers’ most treasured recipes for every time of day, skill level, and family structure, as Al and Courtney welcome readers into their home and bustling kitchen, where good vibes always start with good food.
“It’s truly been a labor of love that my daughter Courtney and I have been able to create this record and cookbook that contains all of the recipes that are most dear to me and my family,” Al told TODAY.com, “and as a bonus, my daughter did all of the work!”
And Al’s daughter has a knack for cooking, so to speak: Courtney is a recipe developer and chef who has worked at two Michelin-starred restaurants. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Wes, and their young daughter, Skye.
“The book features recipes that are personally dear to us, some passed down in our families and some we’ve discovered on our culinary adventures together,” Courtney told TODAY.com. “We’ve poured our hearts into creating dishes that reflect our shared love of cooking and cultural traditions.”
“My goal is to empower every home cook, from beginner to seasoned chef, to experience the joy and satisfaction of making delicious meals and create their own kitchen memories.”
Here are some of the original recipes featured in this book.
