Rachel Revis is becoming spiritual.
In the latest episode of her podcast, Rachel Rebels, Vanderpump Rules The alum spoke about her stint in rehab for “mental health and trauma treatment” and opened up about incorporating spirituality into her life, including attending the Mormon church.
“One of the things I noticed as soon as I checked into The Meadows was [rehab facility] “It was this element of spirituality that they were incorporating into their therapy model,” Revis, 29, explained.
Before entering a rehab facility in California, she confessed that she “did not have a relationship with a higher power” and that she “put men in the position of my higher power and looked to them for answers.”

The former pageant queen continued, “So that’s how I got into codependency. So I quickly thought, OK, spirituality is interesting.”
The reality TV star, who is still recovering from the Scandalous Scandalous drama involving ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval, added that the pastor has helped her on her spiritual journey.
“Since then, I’ve incorporated that spirituality into my daily life and I go to church on Sundays,” she said. “I went to a Mormon church. My friends took me to a Mormon church.”

Revis went on to explain why spirituality is important to her.
“I’ve found a spiritual community here now, and it’s world-changing because the people in this community are looking for something bigger than themselves,” she said.
Following this revelation, Revis recently revealed that she wanted to leave her past identity behind and perform under the nickname “Rocky” instead of “Raquel.”
“To me it’s just funny and cute,” she explained in a previous podcast, adding that she introduced herself to someone at the Lightning in a Bottle festival, “Rocky Rocky Bang Bang.”
“The name Raquel came from a place of feeling unworthy and wanting to be something I wasn’t,” Revis continued. “So it was born out of insecurity. I was trying to overcome my social anxiety and trying to fit into who I thought other people wanted me to be.”
Revis also used the name “Rocky” while playing volleyball as a child.
“You can say whatever you want about me. I like nicknames and I like connecting with different parts of myself,” she emphasized. “It’s not like I have a whole new identity or anything, it’s just that I’m a combined person.”
