Hilary Duff is nearing the end of her fourth pregnancy and is pretty much done with everything. She shared her recent update and admitted she plans to use her acupuncture to give her baby an “eviction notice.” To be fair to her, she’s been responding calmly to her eviction notice, but ultimately Duff is about ready to end her pregnancy.

She announced that she is planning to give birth to a child. December comes with a Christmas card from her family. She didn’t reveal her due date or the gender of her baby at the time, but it appears Duff already has a belly and she’s several months pregnant. Ta. Four months later, it’s April, and Duff is enjoying a “slow week,” as she shared on Instagram on Tuesday, while getting acupuncture to “give baby a gentle eviction notice.” He said he is also trying treatments. According to the National Library of Medicine, acupuncture is thought to be a “complementary therapy” that may help induce labor and may also help “cervical ripening.”
If Duff’s next post is a birth announcement, I guess that means the acupuncture is working.
In fact, Duff seems to be focusing on inducing labor. Her second photo showed a half-eaten salad, which led some followers to wonder if it was a special labor-inducing salad from Caioti Pizza Cafe in Studio City, California. The famous salad of romaine, watercress, walnuts, and gorgonzola in an herby balsamic vinaigrette is rumored to induce labor.
Either way, Duff’s supporters approve of her approach. “I’m an acupuncturist and I’m always called into birthing centers and homes to save babies!” one follower wrote. “That salad got her daughter out of the hospital in 48 hours. Send yourself those vibes,” another wrote.
As much as Duff wants to have a baby and end her pregnancy, she is also enjoying these last days when she can seek peace and quiet. On her Instagram Story, she shared a photo alongside the Cadillac she was driving to enjoy the “peace and quiet of the last few weeks.”
This isn’t Duff’s first rodeo. She knows how much her life is about to change. She has an eviction notice or not.
