Hilary Duff She is pregnant with her fourth baby and is getting ready to give birth.
Duff, 36, joked on Instagram on Tuesday, April 16, that she was doing acupuncture to give her baby walking papers.
She shared an eight-picture merry-go-round of photos from the week. The photo begins with a close-up of her head during an acupuncture treatment with five needles inserted into her face.
“This past week has been pretty slow. And trying to gently give my baby an eviction notice,” she captioned the snap.
Duff also shared photos of her Caioti Pizza to-go meal, her children, her pets, and her Cadillac.
She posted another photo of the Cadillac through her Instagram Stories and wrote, “I was so happy to be able to drive this girl around as I was nearing the end of my pregnancy and needed space for my baby.”
The former Disney Channel star has three children with her ex-husband. mike comley and husband Matthew Koma. She and her former pro hockey player Comrie have a 12-year-old son, Luca. The two broke up in 2014, and their divorce was finalized two years later.
Duff began dating Koma, 36, in 2017 and they welcomed daughter Banks, now five, the following year. She added another daughter, May, now 3, in 2021, and she announced in a December 2023 holiday card that Duff was pregnant with her fourth child.

When issue #4 finally arrives, fans can expect even more family-friendly content from Duff and Koma. The two parents seem to be enjoying the opportunity to share photos of their children having a good time. Immediately after the pregnancy announcement, the family took a trip to Disneyland and took lots of photos with the characters.

Duff is keeping busy as she awaits the arrival of her baby. Last week, she shared her self-created Spotify “birth playlist” and said she “appeared to have had a short-lived birth as it only lasted three hours.”
The playlist includes Taylor Swift, beyonce, justin timberlake And Fleetwood Mac. Koma’s band Winnetka His Bowling His League also makes an appearance with a new song, “Sha La La.”
