Hilary Duff shares her experience with acupuncture as she prepares to welcome her fourth baby.
The 36-year-old actress shared a carousel post on Tuesday, April 16, featuring herself undergoing treatment. Ms. Duff closed her eyes as she lay down.
“This past week has been pretty slow. And now I’m trying to gently give my baby an eviction notice,” Duff wrote in her caption, noting that she had needles sticking out of her forehead, head and cheekbone. .
Meanwhile, the slideshow also included snaps of a salad from Caioti Pizza in Los Angeles, as well as photos of her children, husband Matthew Koma and their pets cat and dog.
The former Disney star has daughters Mae James, 3, and Banks Violet, 5, with Koma, 36, and son Luca, 12, with ex-husband Mike Comrie.・Cruise is here too.

Duff also posted a photo of herself posing in front of a Cadillac, which she also shared on her Instagram Stories.
“I was happy to be able to drive this girl as she was nearing the end of her pregnancy and needed some space for the dads.” lizzie mcguire the alum wrote above the photo.
“I especially miss this gal’s cooler!” @cadillac, thank you for the peace and quiet these past few weeks,” she added.

Earlier this month, Duff shared an Instagram post full of photos of her and Koma. She also revealed her thoughts on welcoming her fourth child soon.
“Four kids is such a wild choice,” she wrote in the caption, praising her boyfriend. “And while you’re running wild at the farmer’s market with four nights of shows and late nights with the kids, I’m going to get some sleep and try to get some sleep, mom, mom, mom, don’t listen to mmmmmm, just make this work.” Please know that it’s all thanks to you ♥️”
“On another note…” Duff added. “Why can I sleep during the day but not at night in the third trimester of pregnancy? 😣😵💫”
