Pastor Isaac Owusu-Bempah, founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, says anyone trying to predict the outcome of the 2024 general election needs to be overly cautious. emphasized.
He said spiritually determined elections are currently shrouded in uncertainty, and any attempt to predict the outcome is likely to yield a different result.
“As I tell you all, what makes the 2024 Ghana elections so scary is that anyone who dares to claim that a particular individual is the destined winner will be given extreme caution. We should, because the situation is constantly changing,” he told OK FM’s Kwame Nkrumah Tikese. he said in an interview on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
He emphasized that the upcoming election is more of a mental battle than a physical one, and that the candidate with the strongest spiritual backing will be the winner.
“There are battles in the spiritual realm, and whoever wins the spiritual battle becomes president. So if you get someone who is spiritually strong, or a coach who guides you spiritually, then definitely “We will win,” he said.
Mr Owusu-Bempah’s statement came days after New Patriotic Party (NPP) flag bearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, visited his church during Easter.
During the Vice President’s visit, he gave Dr. Bawumia a special chair to sit on and then prayed for him.
“No one can understand what I have done. Only heaven can understand. God bless you. You are a good person and have a good heart,” the preacher said.
Although his words and actions have largely been interpreted as a crowning moment for Dr. Bawumia, Owusu-Bempah says there was nothing symbolic about his gesture.
In an interview with Okay FM, the Prophet clarified that he only gave Dr Bawumia a chair while he offered prayers because he was tired from his duties at the Easter function.
