Universal Power Yoga is opening its first Cape Cod location this weekend and is celebrating with two days of free classes.
MASHPEE, Mass. — A new yoga studio is set to debut this weekend at Cape Cod’s Mashpee Commons when Universal Power Yoga opens its doors.
The store at 5 North Market St. is the studio’s fourth location in Massachusetts, which also has locations in Westwood, Norwood and Wrentham.

“We’re community-focused and about making quality yoga accessible to everyone,” says owner and founder Jen Palmer, a Sandwich native.
“Universal Power Yoga has a casual, approachable approach. We aim to build a yoga community of people who truly care about one another and know first-hand how transformative yoga can be in a life.”
Classes at the studio cover all disciplines of yoga, from flows for beginners to those more seasoned in yoga practice, and the Cape Cod studio also offers barre and pilates.
During the grand opening weekend, Universal will be hosting four free classes on both Saturday and Sunday. To secure your spot in a class, you’ll need to register here.

7am — Power Yoga with Lisa Howard
9:00 AM — All Levels Class with Sarah Hubbard
10:30am — Universal Bar by Holly Commesso
12pm — All Levels Class with Lynn Buscher
Sunday
7:30 AM — All Levels Class with Jen Palmer
9:00 AM — All Levels Class with Anna Lambros
10:30 AM — Pilates with Holly Commesso
5:00 PM — Yin Yoga with Ingrid Jaeger (virtual and in-person)
