Three new retailers are opening in downtown Raleigh’s Smoky Hollow neighborhood.
Cain Realty Corp. announced Tuesday that a new neighborhood bar from the team behind Jetset Pilates, Tucker Street Diner and Madre becomes the latest addition to a growing list of businesses in the Glenwood South neighborhood. It was announced that

“We are committed to the success of downtown retail, and these new facilities represent the quality and innovation we strive to attract. Product mix is important in these areas. , this group fills a gap that we saw. Smoky Hollow is poised to further enrich our community.”
The real estate group also announced live pop-up music every Thursday night from April 4th to June 27th.

Studio owners Lenny Aquilino and Katie Myers are committed to providing a unique wellness experience for Smokey Hollow residents and visitors.

Tucker Street Diner is scheduled to open in fall 2024.
Helmed by Michelle and James Park, owners of Raleigh’s Shiny Diner and Apex’s Peak City Diner, the restaurant will showcase classic American cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients with both quality and sustainability in mind.
Tucker Street Diner also has a coffee shop, serving artisanal coffee and an all-day breakfast menu.

Owned and operated by the Madre team, the neighborhood bar (name TBA) has a relaxed atmosphere serving draft cocktails, beer, wine, and light snacks.
