Teela Dunn is on a Pilates reformer in her workout clothes. In a new social media post, the actress shows off her incredible body in a two-piece Alo ensemble while working out at the brand’s gym. “Pilates is no joke! 😍😭,” she captioned the post. So how does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here’s everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

in What I eat in a day In the video, Tesla revealed that she starts her day with caffeine: “I love having green tea in the morning. Well, I have coffee and green tea in the morning, and sometimes I just have black coffee,” she said.

“So I like to start my day off really healthy and I like to have oatmeal. I love having oatmeal on set. If I don’t have oatmeal, I always have a bagel with cream cheese. I love bagels, so maybe it’s not the healthiest thing, but I’ve been having bagels as a breakfast topping since I was about 6 years old,” she said. She loves bread for lunch. For dinner, she “keeps it simple,” eating “rice, potatoes, apples, and of course the bread that I mentioned earlier.”

Tesla also stays hydrated: “The only thing I drink all day is water. It keeps me hydrated and it keeps my skin clear. It’s really amazing. So drink lots of water.” Mayo ClinicStaying hydrated is important for many reasons: Water helps eliminate waste products through urination, sweating, and bowel movements, maintains normal body temperature, lubricates and cushions joints, and protects sensitive tissues.

“I love working out, so I just try to run around or set up and get in a mile or two,” she said. “Whenever I work out with my trainer, he always has me run a mile to warm up or do a mile on the elliptical, so I like to do that in between shoots.” Mayo ClinicRunning is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss: “The average person burns about 100 calories for every mile they run,” say the researchers.

“I love hot yoga. I sweat and it makes all my problems melt away,” Tesla revealed in another video. My Workout RoutineThere are many reasons to do yoga, he explains. Harvard Health“The researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least 4 years experienced less weight gain in midlife,” they wrote. “Those who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, yoga practitioners had a lower BMI (body mass index) compared to non-yoga practitioners. The researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating may lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Tesla is also a fan of Pilates, and recently showed it off in an Instagram post. Why is Pilates a good exercise? Mayo Clinic The many benefits of this training include “strengthening your core while increasing your flexibility and improving your overall health,” as well as lengthening and firming muscles, preventing injury, reducing stress and back pain, improving athletic performance, and increasing mind-body awareness.
