Actress Sharleen Dutt is an admitted big eater, but she doesn’t let it get in the way of staying in shape. Sharleen, who is making her Bollywood debut in Koi Jaaye Toh Le Aaye, says: “As a big eater, I don’t believe in restrictive diets. Instead, I am all about a balanced approach. I enjoy all my favourite foods, but in moderation, and make sure my meals are rich in protein, healthy fats, fibre and plenty of vegetables and fruits.”
“Balancing my love of food with my commitment to my physical and mental health is essential for my health. Pilates has been a great addition to my routine, allowing me to stay healthy while enjoying the foods I love,” says Charlene, who has been involved in projects such as KINK, Honey Trap Squad, and others. For Charlene, mental health is just as important. “Mental health is the foundation of overall health. To maintain mental health, I meditate for at least 10 minutes once a day to keep my mind calm and centered,” she says. To relax, Charlene spends time with family and friends. “Cooking, eating my favorite foods, and watching my favorite movies help me relax and stay happy.”
Speaking about her fitness and diet tips, Charlene said: “There are two tips that have really helped me. One is to drink plenty of water throughout the day, as this keeps your energy up and aids digestion. And consistency is key – even on busy days, I make sure to fit in some kind of exercise, whether it’s a short Pilates session or a brisk walk.”
