“Participants will deepen their bonds with these majestic animals and explore unique paths that help people process and overcome difficult emotions such as anger, sadness, and fear, and re-establish flow, trust, and joy. I will explore.”
Patrick Buffalo, a practitioner in the field of equine-mediated health, will be conducting training sessions at Horse Ability in Corbeil this month.
This event will feature Buffalo’s “Manaseeso Method.”
“We are very fortunate and honored to announce that Maskuwasis native Patrick Buffalo has chosen Corbeil as his first training location,” the news release said. “Patrick teaches a unique and powerful model of the connection between humans and the horse spirit, using horses as therapeutic conduits that promote emotional healing. Participants in Patrick’s trainings will learn how to use this excellent holistic approach. We will be diving deep into our health and healing programs.”
His approach is deeply rooted in the philosophy of moving individuals “from the head to the heart,” addressing a variety of emotional challenges such as trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.
“Participants will deepen their bonds with these majestic animals and explore unique paths that help people process and overcome difficult emotions such as anger, sadness, and fear, and re-establish flow, trust, and joy. Exploring,” the release states.
Buffalo’s expertise is widely known and his healing sessions have taken him all over North America.
His work was featured in the documentary “Breaking Stigmas” and in news outlets including APTN News, CBC News, and Alberta Native News.
