These days, weary urban travelers and on-the-go wellness seekers are looking for more than just a regular facial or massage when they check into their favorite New York City hotel. Additionally, still It feels like a secret.

What sets the seven-room tranquil spa apart from other luxury spas is undoubtedly the hotel’s Collective, a winning combination that took a year to create with leaders in mind, body and skincare. “We hand-picked a group of experts in mental health, meditation, sound therapy, crystal healing, astrology and advanced skincare,” says Eric Smith, Spa & Wellness Director.

The all-star line-up also includes celebrity facialist and Augustinus Bader Skincare brand ambassador Gavin McLeod Valentine, whose “The Method” facials are known for increasing circulation and firming, toning and rejuvenating the skin, while resident astrologer Rebecca Gordon will extend her private birth chart readings and a session with Nicole Hernandez (aka “the traveling hypnotist”) will combine neuroscience-based hypnosis and body techniques to address anxiety and bad habits.

Self-described “soul leadership mentor” Marta Hobbs also draws heavily on somatic therapies (think yoga nidra, meditation, and breathwork), while an 80-minute magickal session with musician and sound therapist Michelle Pillet includes singing bowls and gongs to induce deep relaxation. Also not to be missed is certified crystal energy healer Rasia Bell, who specializes in blending crystals, tarot cards, and visualization to clear personal chakras. After the session, participants return home with their belongings, and Bell will send them detailed observations and notes a few days later.

To soothe irregular circadian rhythms, Next Health’s IV services, such as Jet Lag Relief, contain a hydration, glutathione and NAD+ (100mg) cocktail to aid hydration, immunity and cellular energy. Or, relax in the infrared sauna and steam room before retiring with a glass of bubbly in the lounge.

Chef Wolfgang Puck’s sleek, red-hued Cut Restaurant caters to meat-eaters, while healthy room service is provided by Chef Nagae Mitsunobu of nearby Michelin-starred L’Abeille, and morning menu items include fresh juices and nutritious smoothies, as well as avocado toast and vegan granola parfait with Catskill Provisions honey.

From lunch to dinner, you can enjoy a green foraged salad and a delicious grilled Faroe Island salmon dish with ginger bok choy, wild rice and sesame mustard dressing. Of course, if you’re looking for something more substantial, the Tribeca Prime Burger made with Angus short rib is a must-try, and if your diet allows, don’t miss the chocolate chip cookies.
