The recalled dietary supplements were distributed to 79 consignees, including retailers, distributors, and consumers. It is unknown how many people purchased this product through Amazon. This vitamin is found in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Distributed to US distributors in North Carolina. North Dakota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, Wisconsin, and Washington, DC. Additionally, it was sold to foreign customers in Dubai and Kenya.
The recalled product is Nordic Naturals Baby Vitamin D3 Liquid 400 IU in a 0.76-ounce glass bottle. Lot number is 234909. Approximately 5,564 bottles of this supplement are subject to this recall.
