Earlier, Sonakshi Sinha gave her Instagram fans a sneak peek at her skipping rope session. “No gym? No problem! SKIP,” she wrote. Clad in all-black athleisure, Sinha was seen jumping rhythmically on the skipping rope. Skipping rope promotes rapid weight loss, improves posture, fights anxiety and depression, and helps tone calves.
