The football building at California Memorial Stadium is buzzing with activity. From coaches conducting position meetings and training student-athletes to team meals and film reviews, this area of the stadium is home to everyone involved in Cal State football. As of January 2024, the newly renovated space brings even more resources and capabilities to the football department. This was made possible by Paul and Linda White, UC Berkeley alumni and longtime supporters of California Athletics.
A world-renowned anesthesiologist and pain specialist, Paul has a long-standing passion for improving the health and wellness of intercollegiate athletes, improving their performance in competitive sports such as football and basketball.
