Peloton has expanded its monthly challenges and added a new monthly yoga challenge. Additionally, we’re bringing back our monthly yoga challenge, which was first introduced last month.
Two new challenges have been added to the Upcoming section of the June Challenges tab.
Peloton’s standard challenges are offered monthly for activity (active days on the Peloton platform), cycling, strength, and running. Challenges track certain metrics, such as active days, miles cycled or run, and number of classes completed, and award corresponding badges based on your results.
Both yoga and meditation challenges track members based on the number of workouts in those class types.
Peloton has added a special challenge for the month of May in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. But according to the latest “Peloton of the Week” Instagram post, it looks like the monthly meditation challenge will continue, and yoga will be added as well.
The official description for the monthly meditation challenge reads:
Focus your mind and ground yourself with a new monthly meditation challenge. Complete 5 or more meditations each month for a chance to earn a Bronze, Silver, or Gold badge.

Here is the official description of the monthly yoga challenge:
Welcome summer with a new monthly yoga challenge. Complete 5 or more yoga classes each month for a chance to earn a bronze, silver, or gold badge.
Badge opportunities are the same as the Strength Monthly Challenge. Earn a Bronze Badge by taking 5 classes. Earn a silver badge by taking 10 classes. Earn a gold badge by taking 15 classes.
If you’re looking for additional badges, be sure to check out our site for a complete guide to badge opportunities.
Although not explicitly stated, it seems likely that the new monthly meditation and yoga challenges will remain standard challenges, along with existing challenges such as activity, cycling, strength training, and running.
