Pilates is a favourite exercise among Bollywood actresses and the latest divas to master this trending exercise are Ananya Panday and Khushi Kapoor. This is the first time the duo has been seen working out together. And it looks like they have become new workout buddies in Bollywood town! Namrata Purohit, the fitness instructor for both actresses, shared a glimpse of the duo’s intense Pilates session on Instagram. Take a look!

In the video, Khushi places her hands on her thighs and Ananya places her hands on her forearms. They then bend their knees and pull them towards their chests, then repeat the movement. Khushi’s legs were shaking from the gruelling workout, but she pushed through with a smile. Her exercise buddy was in the same situation, and laughed nervously too.
Namrata praised the actresses for nailing such a tough workout session. Tagging Khushi Kapoor and Ananya Panday in the post, she wrote, “Beautiful job! You worked your muscles hard and trained right! Of course I had to share this fun look where I’m a little out of control with my limbs (laughing emoji) but hey, that’s part of getting fit (fire emoji). We all get shaky sometimes!”
