material:
- 1 liter of milk
- 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- Chopped mango, pistachios and rose petals
- Valk (Edible silver leaf) for decoration
Sugar syrup or Chashni - 1 cup sugar
- 3.5 cups water
- cardamom
instant Mawa (Daily meals are Dry whole milk - 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Mix 8-10 saffron strands with 1 teaspoon of milk.
Method:
- Heat the milk and coagulate it with a mixture of vinegar and water. Strain it well and rinse with fresh water.
- Squeeze out excess water. Chenna (milk solids from separated milk) until smooth.
- Form into small disks and simmer in boiling sugar syrup and cardamom for 15 minutes.
- Chill the discs in the syrup for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Make instant mawa by heating ghee, milk and milk powder.
- Add the saffron milk and sugar and simmer until glossy.
- Whisk the cooled mixture Mawa Add the cream until light and fluffy.
- Slicing ChennadiskFill with whipped cream MawaGarnish with mango, pistachios, varku and rose petals.
- Please serve chilled.

- 2 large mangoes
- Doi (curd) 900 grams
- 100 grams condensed milk
Method:
- Use a clean cloth to remove any excess water from the card.
- Puree the mango and mix the pulp with the curd and condensed milk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tin and steam over low heat for 25 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Garnish with fruit and dried fruit.
- Please serve chilled.
