The expo will feature multiple health and food vendors

Mountain Range Fitness will host a Health & Wellness Expo on June 8th with vendors, food and competitions.

Three 1980s-themed individual competitions will take place in the morning, followed by the powerlifting competition beginning at 1 p.m.

Powerlifting competitions consist of bench, deadlift, and squat.

The vendor side of the expo will include networking opportunities, health, fitness and nutrition experts, medical professionals and insurance companies, according to Brandy Carruth of Mountain Range Fitness.

“Our expo provides networking opportunities where you can exchange ideas, share experiences and build relationships with other attendees and exhibitors,” said Carruth. “Each exhibitor offers unique insights and solutions to support your wellness journey, helping you gain detailed information to start or continue your wellness journey, no matter where you are currently.”

Mountain Range continues to accept vendor applications.

Verified vendors include 1stPhorm Supplements, Mountain Range Wellness, Ramage Performance Therapy, and About Face Aesthetics.

Carruth said 1stPhorm Supplements will highlight “the latest and greatest in the best supplements,” and Mountain Range Wellness will offer vitamin B12 shots and IV hydration at discounted prices. Ta.

Ramage Performance Therapy provides insight into how to get stronger while reducing your risk of injury and illness, and About Face Aesthetics explains how to care for your skin.

The Kettlebell Cave will feature swinging bells, clubs and more, and Wynes Insurance will have a booth showcasing the latest medical and life insurance options.

Carruth added that there is more to come.

Yia Yia’s serves healthy Greek cuisine, while Stonefish Sushi offers a selection of menu items.

“We want to inspire our community with success stories, innovative experiences, and innovative approaches to health and motivate our participants to embark on their own journey towards better health. “We strive to be a catalyst for change in our community, providing encouragement, accountability, camaraderie, and helping our participants start living healthier lifestyles,” said Carruth.

Carruth said as Mountain Range continues to grow, it is adding more classes and services to serve the surrounding community.

Recently, Mountain Range added new equipment and Thomas Ramage Performance Therapy became an in-house service.

We also plan to add Yin yoga classes in May and are focused on continuing to grow our Life-Changing Built for Life program.

The gym was founded in 2017 by Jarrod and Colette Wyatt.
