“Unfortunately, I have made the very difficult decision to decline the title of Miss USA 2023,” Noelia Vogt posted on Instagram on Monday.
Vogt will be crowned Miss USA on September 29, 2023, and will then compete in Miss Universe in November, USA Today reported.
“Never compromise your physical or mental health,” she wrote in the caption of her lengthy statement.
