An interesting new wellness center is under construction in Loudoun County. The facility features cold plunges, saunas, and breathing exercises.

The Barn has learned that Mind Zero will occupy approximately 3,200 square feet of space currently occupied by Sweet & Sassy kids spa and salon.
If you follow the retail industry, you know that wellness centers are all the rage right now. There are dozens of facilities in the Loudoun County and Northern Virginia area offering phototherapy, IV therapy, cryotherapy, and more.
Well, MINDZERO is the latest work. The brand’s website describes the session as follows: “MINDZERO offers a unique, scientifically proven multi-sensory experience that combines sauna, cold plunge, sound and breathing in guided 50-minute group sessions. Our experienced instructors We will guide you through each step of the process and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.”
The water temperature in the cold plunge is in the low 50s, while the sauna hovers between 185 and 200 degrees.
The Leesburg MINDZERO location may be the first of its kind in the entire state of Virginia. It is known that there is currently one location of his MINDZERO Wellness Center in Myrtle Beach SC and another is under construction in Mount Pleasant SC.
