MERCER COUNTY, NJ – A new Indian restaurant, lounge and bar recently opened in Hamilton Township.
Rani Indian Restaurant, Lounge & Bar serves centuries-old Indian recipes passed down through generations of aristocrats in an atmosphere reminiscent of an Indian palace.

Located in the Foxmoor Shopping Center, Rani’s menu ranges from the bright spices of the north to coastal delicacies of the south. The menu represents the depth of Indian culinary tradition.
“We are excited to introduce the grandeur and sophistication of the Rani to the community,” owner Kinari Pachani said in a statement.
“We aim to provide an elevated dining experience that immerses you in the rich tradition of Indian cuisine, surrounded by a royal setting.”
The menu is meticulously crafted by world-renowned chef Nishant Choubey, winner of Bangkok’s Iron Chef Challenge 2018 and gold medalist at Aahar.
Chef Nishant has worked as Consulting Chef at Michelin Plated Indus (Bangkok), Chef’s Partner at Satvik New Delhi, Corporate Chef at Seinan Group (Tokyo), and Consulting Chef at Mesa Kitchen and Bar.
He is also the co-founder of Street Storyss Bangalore (Vegetarian Craft Kitchen).
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held recently, with Hamilton Mayor Jeff Martin in attendance.
