New Delhi: Exercise is often linked not only to physical health, but also to mental health. Some studies show that people who exercise daily have better mental health and emotional well-being. The study was carried out by researchers at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) to investigate the potential of physical activity as a mental health intervention.
