June is Men’s Health Month, a month dedicated to raising awareness of the health challenges men face and encouraging early detection and treatment of disease. Balanced diet: Focus on a diet high in fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains. Limit your intake of processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive alcohol. Exercise: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise each week, along with strength training exercises. Mental health: Pay attention to your mental health. Practice stress-relief techniques, stay connected with loved ones, and seek professional help when needed. Avoid harmful behaviors: Quit smoking, limit alcohol intake, and avoid the use of illicit drugs.
