Meghan Fahy, 34, spoke to The Strategist about her favorite anti-aging products.

The actress, who stars in season two of The White Lotus, revealed her favorite skincare serum.

Fey recommended The Ordinary’s Oil-Control Serum, which can be purchased at Sephora for $6.

She shared her favorite things about budget-friendly beauty purchases.

“It’s really rare to find beauty products that are effective and affordable,” Faye said.

She explained that a friend first introduced her to the facial serum.

Fey detailed her simple skincare routine for her fans.

She revealed that she applies the serum in the morning after washing her face and before applying sunscreen.

Fahi doesn’t just use serum in the morning, she also applies it at night before her lotion.

Faye praised the serum for the results it has had on her skin since she started using it.

My makeup tip is to save money in the summer: a darker “good” foundation for $7 always matches my tanned skin.

“It helps smooth out the unevenness of the skin and gives a smoother texture,” Faye explained.

She said she was “totally shocked” at how effective the skin care products were.

Faye has been using the serum for years and says she also gives it to friends as their “go-to” product.

Medical experts from WebMD analyzed the science behind niacinamide as a skin care ingredient.

The ingredient is often used to treat aging skin, but experts say there is currently no research to confirm its effectiveness.

The Skin Cancer Research Institute reported on the role of zinc in skin care products.

Not only does this ingredient regulate sebum production, it also reduces inflammation, aids healing, and boosts the immune system.

“By reducing inflammation, zinc helps make skin clearer and more even,” the expert explained.

This ingredient helps regulate sebum production, helping to unclog pores and prevent breakouts.
