When it comes to strength training, there are so many different options out there that it can be confusing knowing where to start to get in shape as quickly as possible, but Bodyrok’s reformer workouts stand out among them.

BODYROK WRKOUT is an experience designed to tone and sculpt your body while boosting your energy levels and revving up your metabolism. With a three-level lighting system, planks, lunges, pikes, twists, jumps and more, the class is designed to get you to levels you can’t reach with regular strength training. Instructors like New York City’s Megan Roth guide students through the class with attention, encouragement and conditioning, helping to boost your energy levels and boost your metabolism even when you step outside the classroom and go about your daily life.

Pilates is so effective that country star Meghan Maroney swears by it, heading to a Tennessee studio several times a week when she’s not on tour. She credits Pilates with keeping her “energized” while on the road and in tip-top shape for concerts. And according to BodyRok instructors, it makes sense.

“It’s the most effective and efficient 45-minute workout experience,” Ross told Muscle & Fitness magazine. “You’ll feel energized and the workout is done on a custom Body Rock Reformer. It’ll lift your glutes, slim your waistline, and build long, lean muscle mass.”

This specialized machine is what sets this class apart from your typical Reformer Pilates studio and is the new standard for hybrid Pilates, available only at the company’s studios. It features a jump board, infinite spring adjustments, removable shoulder rests, three sets of ropes and bungees. It’s also made from 100% aluminum foil, which the company claims will last forever without rusting or chipping.

“The equipment is custom made for every body type, male or female!” adds Ross. “The classes are designed to tone your butt, define your waistline and build long, lean muscles. The classes and curated playlists are new and innovative every time.”

While most strength training classes are around 60 minutes long, Bodyrok allows workouts to be completed in a shorter amount of time, making it ideal for busy lifestyles like Maloney’s.

“This is possible because each class keeps your heart rate in the fat-burning and muscle-building zone,” says Ross.

Bodyrok is designed for people from all walks of life with all levels of fitness, but it has proven particularly beneficial for women, as it targets small muscles while also adding a good cardio component.

“The classes are designed to build long, lean muscle,” says Ross, “toning your butt and defining your waistline. You’ll improve your physique with every class. The classes are designed to get your heart rate up and burn fat with muscle-building moves.” [and] It helps to tone and shape your body while improving your metabolism.”

How long will it take to see results? With consistent effort, you should see results quickly, says Ross.

“You’ll start to see results after just a few sessions, but with each session you’ll see improvements in muscle definition, strength and flexibility,” says Ross. “Everyone is different, but three to four sessions per week is ideal to see immediate and sustained results. Every session works your entire body.”
