BLOOM (Tampa) – Online wellness coach Jamie Filer recently hosted a workout segment on the global health and wellness show BLOOM with host Gail Guyardo. Their discussion centered around Filer’s first-hand experience with the widely popular 75 Hard His Challenge, a grueling 75-day regimen designed to test physical and mental resilience. It was done.
