On Sunday, the 82-year-old lifestyle guru posted a video on Instagram, giving her followers a glimpse of her Pilates workout.
“Harder than it looks and super effective!! @bedfordpilates,” she captioned the post.
In the comments section, the TV personality received a lot of praise for sharing her fitness routine.

Last month, Stewart shared a steamy bathroom mirror selfie on Instagram, similar to the steamy pool selfie that went viral in July 2020. The latest snapshot showed the lifestyle guru posing in a silver nightgown. “It wasn’t that bad when I woke up,” she captioned her photo.

“I did Pilates three, maybe four times a week and didn’t drink any alcohol. I didn’t have any alcohol for two months,” she said. Stewart also continues to get facials regularly and she said she is very careful about what she puts in her body. .
Last year, the star chef appeared on Yahoo Life’s “Unapologetically” series and talked about how important it is for him to maintain a “healthy lifestyle” and stay active at his age.
“It’s about being aware of your surroundings and living a healthy life,” she explained. “Then I go to Pilates at 6:30 in the morning. I did that again this morning. I try to go to Pilates as many times a week as possible.”
Ms Stewart also said she had “never thought about retirement” and that age had slowed her down and refused to act like a “little old lady”.
“I’m not going to start living a terrible life just because I’m older,” she told the outlet. “Once you’ve lived well, you should always live well.”
