At Auburn University’s Baseball Chapel on May 5th, former Southern Baptist pastor and magician David Garrard captivated an audience with his captivating blend of magic and message.
Garrard urged players to embrace a deeper connection to their faith while performing illusions and other feats.
Scott Shepherd, Auburn baseball chaplain and local president of Athletes in Action, welcomed Garrard as a special guest at the team breakfast. As the room filled with anticipation, Garrard moved from seductive tricks to heartfelt challenges, urging players to put God at the forefront of their lives.
