Gori Nutrition Co., Ltd.. concluded an acquisition agreement with Group KPS, long-time distributor of Goli products, Bastion Capital; consumer-based businesses, and One of the original founders of Goli.
The company said the deal requires approval from Quebec and U.S. courts as part of the preparatory process under Canada’s Companies Creditor Arrangement Act (CCAA), but has already received support from Gori’s lenders. Gori said that once the transaction is completed, the company will consider leveraging the resources provided by the acquirer group.
