A new luxury Pilates studio is opening in Alpharetta. Jet Set Pilates It is set to open this fall at the Eden Apartment Community in Lakeview.
Longtime friends Antonique Peterson and Brionne Alford The team will be bringing the fitness brand to the Atlanta area for the first time.
Peterson started Pilates about five years ago, excited to have found an effective form of exercise that she really enjoyed.

Alford points out that Pilates not only affects the body, but also the mind.
“I started [pilates] “I started Pilates about four years ago as a way to improve mindfulness, release tension, and get out of the house,” she says. “This style of Pilates has a bit more cardio and weight training in it, so I feel more fit and it’s more fun.”
JETSET Pilates blends traditional and contemporary Pilates, offering 50-minute sessions soundtracked by a DJ-curated playlist, and the Alpharetta studio is equipped with 14 JETSET custom advanced reformers, plenty of natural light, and the brand’s signature scent.
Peterson and Alford cite the area’s growth as why they’re excited to open Georgia’s first JETSET Pilates location in Alpharetta.
“We both live in the area and have seen people actively moving into the Alpharetta-Johns Creek area for some time now,” Alford said. “We’ve been impressed with not only the growth of the area, but also the development and how well the city planning department has planned it. This is still a small town, but it has a big city feel. With so many people coming to the area, we thought it would be a great idea to bring this new style of Pilates to this location and start a new business.”
JETSET Pilates aims to provide a top-notch experience that leaves visitors looking and feeling great.
“Our training is certainly intense, but we also do it every day,” Alford said. “I think that’s key and I think that’s what sets us apart from our competitors.”
The Alpharetta studio is scheduled to open this October.
JETSET Pilates currently has eight locations in Florida with plans to open locations in Florida, Texas, New York, North Carolina and Australia.
