The 27-year-old, who is a close friend of Hailey Bieber, was at Forma Pilates Studio, which offers classic Pilates equipment classes with semi-private and private options.
She was wearing a black top that was very low cut, giving a glimpse of her cleavage and abs, which she paired with black leggings and a light grey jacket with the hood pulled up.
Michael B. Jordan’s ex-girlfriend, 37, wore sunglasses, pulled her hair back and kept her head low, revealing a pair of diamond stud earrings.
The daughter of game show host Steve Harvey wore comfy black slippers instead of shoes and carried her purse slung over one shoulder.
She previously told Vogue that years of horse riding leave her with painful joints that prevent her from doing hardcore boot camp-style workouts.
That’s why she prefers the resistance-based method of Pilates.
Gentle training will help prevent old injuries from reoccurring.
“I’ve always had knee and back problems that bother me sometimes,” she told the magazine.
“It was getting difficult to go to the gym every day, so I thought, ‘Okay, I’ll try Pilates. I think I can do it.'”
“I would say I literally died. I’ve never trained that hard in my life. I was shaking,” she added.
“I felt muscles I didn’t even know existed. I got hooked and purposefully set goals for myself. [visible] Abs.”
She also pays attention to what she eats.
Harvey eats healthy to balance his hormones, boost his mood, and maintain a high metabolic rate for more energy.
“When trying to lose fat, I think I needed to figure out what my BMI was and how many calories I needed to maintain it.” [be in a deficit]… I just had to understand my rhythm and what patterns worked for my body. Now I’ve found what works for me,” she said.
Lori added that consistency is key.
“I’ve worked really hard for this, so it’s a great moment for it to become a conversation,” she said.

This comes after her father, Steve Harvey, said on Match that he could easily “get rid of” one of his daughter’s boyfriends.
The 67-year-old TV presenter has twins Carly and Brandi, 40, and son Broderick, 31, with his first wife Marcia Harvey, and children Wynton, 26, and adopted children Morgan, 38, and Jason, 27, from his third marriage to Marjorie Harvey.
