LOGAN – Regular monthly nutrition classes offered by Logan Parks and Recreation have already begun.
The series of nutrition classes offered by Logan Parks and Recreation will continue on June 19 with a session on “Digestion and Detox.” These classes will be held on the third Wednesday of each month through February 2025.
These classes will resume on Wednesday June 19th with a session discussing ‘Digestion and Detox’. Classes for senior citizens will begin at 9 a.m., and classes for the general public will begin at 6 p.m.
City officials say walk-ins are welcome, but registration for the entire series can be done at www.loganutah.activityreg.com.
Nutrition classes for seniors and the general public are held on the third Wednesday of each month.
Class topics for subsequent months include “Hormone Health (Menopause and Menopause)” on July 17; August 21st “Healthy Skin and Hair”. “Prenatal and postnatal nutrition” on September 18th. “Immunity boost” on October 16th. “Top Foods to Fight Inflammation” on November 20th. and “Adrenal Insufficiency – How to Overcome It” on December 18th.
The nutrition class continues in the new year with “What do caffeine, alcohol, and sugar do to your health?” January 2025 “What’s the difference between trending diets?” February 2025.
Prices for these classes vary by topic, but start at $3 each.
