Many brands now sell nuggets that look, are cooked and taste identical to the original recipe, except that they are completely chicken-free. These vegan nuggets are much better for the environment (and animals) than chicken. And meat is growing in popularity as more people choose to leave it off their plates, with more than half of young Americans describing themselves as flexitarians.
