On Friday, celebrity fitness trainer Namrata Purohit posted a video of Kareena working out on a Pilates reformer machine. In the video, Kareena is seen performing an upper body strap workout in a seated position. The clip begins with Kareena Kapoor sitting on a reformer machine with her legs stacked on top of each other. In a half-crouched position, Kareena pulls the straps hooked on the bar towards herself and then releases them. Kareena’s half-crouched position targets her core while the repetitive movements with the straps are pleasing to her arms and shoulders.
