Jesse Beltran is a Certified Master Hypnotist and a transformational leader in the field of hypnotherapy. He holds a diploma from the nationally accredited Hypno-Motivation Institute in Tarzana, California, and combines advanced training with extensive real-world experience. Prior to his career in hypnotherapy, Jesse was an avid firefighter paramedic. His pioneering efforts led to the creation of the Sacramento Fire Department’s Paramedic Emergency Transport Program.
As President of the International Center for the Prevention of Secret Technology Abuse, he worked tirelessly for the welfare and safety of his community. Jesse’s academic and professional background is equally impressive. He is a member of the University of California, Davis Mathematics, Engineering and Science Society and is certified in Blood and Airborne Pathogens from Sacramento State University.
