Jenna Dewan is pregnant with her third child, but she’s still working out consistently. Dewan changes his training routine depending on his job, but for the most part he keeps a consistent routine. “My training schedule varies depending on my schedule and whether I’m preparing for roles, filming, or other commitments.” she said Well + good. “Most of the time I work out three or four times a week. My main workout is Pilates. It really strengthens and tones my body and when I was dancing 10 hours a day, I also like yoga, which is an aerobic exercise. Sometimes I work out with a trainer to make my muscles a little bigger. I get bored easily with training, so I like to switch to a different workout. ”
