Vahid Barati told IQNA that benefiting from the spirituality that governs the Hajj will help the delegation members who will be reciting the Quran.
He said the Quran convoy represents the Islamic Republic of Iran and therefore its members must strive to do their best in all aspects, including acting in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Quran.
He said it was the responsibility of the convoy members to ensure best behaviour both in terms of behaviour and recitation of the Quran.
Their recitation will strengthen the hearts and souls of those who hear it if they act in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Quran, he added.
The Iranian Qaris also stressed the need to prepare for this task in the same way as they prepare for the International Quranic Competition by improving their Quranic skills and updating their knowledge.

Barati, who comes from the city of Birjand in the eastern province of South Khorasan, began learning to recite the Quran at the age of six.
He then left Birjand and took up residence in Tehran in order to benefit from the expertise of the country’s best Quranic experts and teachers.
Every year, millions of Muslims from around the world gather in the holy city for the annual Hajj.
Iran has also sent a group of Quranic activists and pilgrims known as the Noor Hajj Delegation.
Members of the delegation will hold a Quranic programme, including Quranic recitations for pilgrims in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina.
