Method:
1. Heat 180ml of milk on high foam setting.
2. Brew the double espresso Chiaro coffee into a cup.
3. Swirl the cup to smooth out the crema.
4. Pour lightly foamed warm milk over top and draw latte art.

- Altisio coffee 40ml
- 120g ice (4 large ice cubes)
- Macadamia milk 100ml
- 1/2 teaspoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Vital Protein Collagen Powder 1 scoop (2 tablespoons)
- 1 banana

- Measuring spoon
Method:
1. Brew Altisio coffee into a cup.
2. Add all ingredients to blender, add coffee and collagen last.
3. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Iced Latte with Nespresso Double Espresso Dolce

- Double Espresso Dolce Coffee 80ml
- 130ml full cream milk or your choice of milk
- 120g ice cubes
Device:

Method:
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour 80ml of Double Espresso Dolce Coffee into a glass with ice.
3. Pour milk into a glass.
4. Stir.

Intense roast and stormy Nespresso Fortado
material:
- Fortado coffee 150ml
- 60ml pineapple juice
- ginger ale 120ml
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 fresh pineapples
- fresh mint leaves
Device:
- nespresso virtuo machine
- nespresso carafe
- 2 barista recipe glasses, small
- spoon
- recipe glass
- knife
- cutting board
- grill
- wooden skewer
Method:
1. Cut the pineapple into thin triangles.
2. Pat dry with paper towels and lightly dust the pineapple pieces with sugar.
3. Place under the grill until the sugar caramel hardens and set aside until ready.
4. Add coffee and pineapple juice to carafe and stir over ice for 10 seconds.
5. Pour evenly into two glasses filled with ice and top with ginger ale.
6. Garnish with pineapple and mint leaves on wooden skewers.
