Emily’s recipes have racked up millions of views and thousands of comments from followers who have tried the dishes themselves.

Since then, Emily has worked with many notable brands and collaborated on Instagram with notable online personalities such as: upper jaw and former Love Islander Dr Alex George.

“I love the fact that I can combine the health industry, the beauty industry, the nutrition industry with my videos that center around my habits and health habits,” she said.

One of Emily’s career highlights was collaborating with Harvey Nichols to host a brunch takeover at the restaurant on the top floor of their flagship store.

“I created a ‘Get the Glow’ menu of smoothies and juices, along with ricotta pancakes, hot honey avocado toast, and a healthy Caesar salad,” Emily continued.

Her online success as a nutritionist has left people asking for more.So Emily beckoned to the phone with a new recipe book that fit that very title. very good The aim is to “change people’s perceptions of nutrition.”

“All recipes are very good Made for every day. It’s about bringing healthy eating and proper nutrition back into the home in a normalized way,” she explained.

People can expect “food that everyone knows, but with my own unique twist.”

“We’ve taken recipes that people make every day. Ready-to-eat breakfasts, freezer-friendly, family-friendly, and perfect for inviting friends over. Created by nutritionists, it’s food you’ll want to eat. With every bite. “Wow, that was so good.” ”
