What I like about it

Perfect for sensitive eyes. I love CeraVe Cream because it moisturizes without irritating my sensitive eyes. It absorbs quickly into the skin and is a great base for under-eye concealer. You only need a few drops per application, so a small tube is plenty.

Dermatologist Approved: I also love that this product is approved by the Canadian Dermatology Association and has been thoroughly tested by experts. This isn’t just some fancy eye cream, it’s a product that’s backed by a lot of science, and that’s important to me.

Great for pigmentation: With over 3,800 reviews and a 4.3-star rating, it’s clear I’m not the only one who loves this moisturizing cream. Some Amazon reviewers say they didn’t see any visible changes after a few weeks, but from personal experience, this cream takes time to work, and I promise you that with continued use, your under eye area will improve, so don’t give up.

It’s not as moisturizing as other eye creams. The eye cream could be a little thicker, but if it’s too thick it may not be absorbed as easily by the skin. CeraVe is a proprietary formula and may take some time to work, but once it does it’s great. My advice is don’t give up just yet.

I’m not the only fan of CeraVe’s Eye Repair Cream, which boasts over 2,400 five-star reviews.

One reviewer who has suffered from “sinking eyes” and “hyperpigmentation” for their “lifetime” said that the eye cream has lightened their under-eye area by “about 30 percent,” which they called a “huge win” for them.

She wrote that with makeup, the bags under her eyes are “hardly noticeable.” “I definitely [it] Also.”

Another shopper agreed that the cream is “a fantastic cream for dark circles under the eyes”, adding that it “works so much better than those expensive eye creams”.

“Every dollar spent on it is worth it,” they wrote.

They are affordable and, importantly, effective.

Despite thousands of five-star reviews, some caution that it’s “not a miracle product,” and agree that it may take several months to see noticeable results.

I love CeraVe Productsand this one is no exception. It’s gentle around the eyes, and after a few months of consistent use, I’ve seen a huge improvement in the dark circles and puffiness under my eyes.

That said, if you’re looking to quickly erase the tired look of your skin after a night out with the girls or a long international flight, this cream probably won’t give you the immediate results you need. This lightweight cream works, but it takes time. Commit to using it twice a day for the next six months and you’ll be amazed at the difference (or disappearance) in the dark circles under your eyes in the morning.
