EachOf course, there’s nothing more fun than reuniting with friends and enjoying a few drinks and food, especially when the weather outside is gorgeous. Not only does she have an impressive back catalogue of hits, but she also has a ton of recipes to choose from, some of which will be featured in her upcoming cookbook. Beautiful looking foodis due for release in September, but some of her favorite recipes also appear in another cookbook, published in 1989. Dollywood Presents: Tennessee Mountain Home Cooking.

The pink, spiral-bound cookbook, inspired by Parton and put together by the team at Dollywood, is currently on sale on Amazon for $143.91. Yes, that’s right. But luckily, some people who already have a copy of this vintage classic have been whipping up recipes from it and posting them to social media. For example, Amanda Keller of the YouTube account Journey With The Kellers recently posted a recipe for a three-bean salad from the cookbook, and it looks delicious. In fact, it might just be the crowd-pleasing summer party side dish you’ve been looking for.

But there are some plant-based options out there, too, like Parton’s three-bean salad, which Keller shares detailed instructions for making on her YouTube account, and it’s simple and nutritious. kitchen, She tried Keller’s recipe and was “pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was,” adding, “After taking one bite, I immediately scooped more into a big bowl and ate it for lunch.”
