But after scrolling through his TikTok feed, he came across a recipe written by a London chef on how to make the “perfect” scrambled eggs.
I wanted to know how such a simple meal could be improved, so (as a connoisseur) I decided to check out Will’s recipe from Fall Restaurant to see if it really is the best.

TikToker Will told viewers about the recipe, starting by cracking a “British free-range egg” into a bowl and quickly whisking it together to create a “textured” mixture.
He added a large amount of butter to a frying pan and told viewers to use “moderate amounts of butter”, adding: “Don’t mess with it.”

Then he began frying the butter until golden brown and pouring the beaten eggs into the frying pan.
When mixing the eggs, he instructed viewers to pour in a little cream before adding salt and pepper.
My thoughts on the TikTok chef’s “perfect” scrambled egg recipe

To make the recipe, I bought free range eggs from The Happy Egg Co., Asda’s own brand crème fraîche and Extra Special West Country Spreadable Butter.
Following the recipe, I cracked four eggs into a bowl, mixed them well, then added “a good amount of butter” to the pan.

When the butter begins to brown, pour the eggs into the skillet and mix gently.
Once it started cooking, I started adding the cream and it was ready to eat within 3-4 minutes of starting.

I immediately noticed an improvement as the crème fraîche added a creamier texture and flavor.
The eggs were fluffier and much more filling than the regular dish.
