Jeannie Spencer, founder of Invision Your Life, has opened a new office in Tintown.
Invision Your Life founder and hypnosis master Jeannie Spencer has opened a new office in Tintown, improving access to the unique clinical hypnotherapy sessions she has described as “transformative,” “life-changing,” and even “a gift to humanity.”
“I have never met anyone as positive, compassionate and kind-hearted as Jeannie,” raved one former client. “She helped me trust, believe and love myself. Jeannie’s work not only helped me overcome depression, but it also inspired me to pursue the same amazing career of healing and helping.”
A clinical hypnotherapist since 2002, Spencer has helped hundreds of people harness the transformative power of the mind. Known for her warmth, she has been called a happiness generator specialist and is undoubtedly a catalyst for positive change.
“When most people set goals, they do so at a conscious level, which limits them to less than five percent of their potential,” Spencer says. “Hypnosis can change the subconscious beliefs that are holding you back. Whether you’re looking to overcome anxiety, an addiction, a destructive relationship, or improve your athletic performance, you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish with hypnotherapy.”
While Spencer has begun offering one-on-one sessions with clients in her new office, it’s her group sessions that have benefited the most from the new space, which can accommodate up to 20 people. Her most popular group sessions are her hypnobirthing classes, where she helps pregnant women and their partners calm, relax and “fully focus” while preparing for a natural, comfortable birth.
“Society has trained women to fear childbirth, which increases anxiety and becomes a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy,” says Spencer. “Through hypnobirthing, you learn to achieve a natural state of relaxation and focus. Fear and tension are replaced with confidence and comfort, allowing your natural birthing instincts to take over.”
Equally popular are Spencer’s “My Mind My Garden” workshops, which she designed to create a “shared language” between children and parents. In parent-child group sessions for ages six and up, and a variation designed for young people up to 17, children learn about how the mind works through fun activities and hands-on tasks. Children develop positive habits that build confidence and self-esteem, and learn to distinguish positive from negative messages and recognise the impact each has on their lives.
