As young people become increasingly fitness conscious, apart from looking good, it is equally important to train your mind and improve yourself from within, said Anil Agarwal, Chairman, Vedanta.

Agarwal, 70, shared his daily routine with X, which includes spending 30 minutes each on light training and meditation, as well as an hour of swimming. He said these two hours are the “most important” hours of his day and allow him to function “10 times better.”

“Young people today are much more conscious about fitness and health. WrekinI always tell children and all young people that as much as we value our outward appearances, it is equally important to train our minds and improve ourselves from within, including our attitude towards life and our actions.”Agarwal writes.

He said he follows a routine that helps the mind and body alike.

“Over time, I’ve formed a routine that helps my mind and body alike. I have a long way to go, but I’m making a little bit of progress each day. My daily routine consists of one hour of swimming, thirty 1 minute of light weight training, 30 minutes of meditation. These two hours are the most important of my day. I feel like I can function 10 times better with this,” he added.

Agarwal then went on to share his wife Kiran Agarwal’s ‘secret green juice recipe’ with his followers.

While posting a photo of himself pouring himself a glass, he wrote, “Today, I would like to share with you my wife’s secret green juice recipe.” She has included it as part of my diet over the years and I didn’t enjoy it much before but now this has helped me immensely in my life. I am confident that it has. ”

Deciphering the ingredients used in this secret recipe, he shared, “I asked her for the recipe and shared it with you: lauki, karela, spinach, aloe vera, amla, lemon juice, celery and ginger.” .

The billionaire encouraged his followers and philanthropists to try the recipe for a week and share their results. He also asked about their “daily healthy intake.”

“Try Calke Bataye this week! Tell me how you feel. Also, what is your daily healthy intake?” he asked.

In the comments section, X users were quick to share some of their healthy recipes.

Another added: “Thank you, this green juice is also part of my daily lunch menu.”

A few days ago, Agarwal shared a picture of himself with a cricket bat in his hand and said he was “absolutely enjoying” the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) season.

He further said that he felt the IPL was on the same level as the English Premier League or the US NBA, and that it had transformed India and was a “shining example of Indian entrepreneurship”.
