“When we buy something used, we carry on the energy of the person who previously owned it.”
If you’re an avid vintage clothing buyer, you might know what I mean when I say some pieces just have a bad feeling about them. It looks great, and I probably paid a lot of money for it, but every time I wear it, something doesn’t feel right.
Maybe you just don’t like the item as much as you first thought, but have you ever considered that you might own an item that has a slightly sinister, perhaps even nefarious history?
It’s not beyond the realm of possibility that some cunning criminal, evil politician, or washed-up pop star once wore what’s currently sitting in your closet. With this in mind, I asked her Danya Gamliel, a fifth-generation clairvoyant, for tips on removing bad energy from your favorite pieces.
Can you tell us a little about yourself and how you discovered your talent?
I am a fifth generation (maternal) clairvoyant and have cultivated these skills within myself since childhood. When I was five years old, my grandmother gave me my first traditional deck of playing cards and has encouraged me to show my talent and develop my skills ever since.
What does “Energy Healing/Cleansing” mean?
We are all energy, we all store energy, and before we communicate with words or our bodies, we communicate with our energy. It is very important to maintain “energy hygiene” and intentionally cleanse or remove what is stagnant or does not serve us. When we have dense energies, or energies that are not our own (perhaps when we live or work with people who have a negative outlook and often impose their views on us) ), we may find ourselves feeling lethargic, uninspired, unmotivated, and sometimes depressed.
Energy healing or cleansing allows you to consciously remove everything that does not serve you, and as a result, you feel lighter. [and] happier [and] We can better recognize opportunities and make decisions with more courage and clarity.
How does “bad energy” affect our lives, especially in the context of previously beloved fashion?
When we buy a second-hand item, we inherit the energy of the person who previously owned it. Even if that person has great intentions and shares the same values as you, you will still be taking on that person’s energetic weight if they face challenges and hardships. Masu. Therefore, it is important to cleanse the energy from your items so that you can enjoy using them without interference from old energies.
Can you explain the process of energy cleansing of previously loved fashions?
Energy can be purified from an item in a variety of ways, depending on the item’s purpose and material. For jewelry, [you can do this by] Place the item in a bowl of salt (make sure the item is not attacked by the salt). For clothing, soak the item in warm water with chamomile tea (if suitable for the fabric). A few hours is enough. Then put it in the washing machine or wash it by hand.
For clothing that cannot be washed (leather products, etc.), please prepare a box that can be used to store the item. Sprinkle salt on the bottom of the box and place a layer of tissue. Then place the item on top of the tissue, put more tissue on top of the item, and put more salt on top of that layer of tissue (in case the salt might erode the material, put (avoid touching it). Let it sit for 3 days, throw away the tissue and salt, and repeat with a new tissue and salt for another 3 days. For shoes, leave them outdoors for two nights on a full moon day.
Are there other ways to bring more positive energy into your wardrobe?
An energy cleanse of your wardrobe can be done every month at the full moon. Place a bowl of 3 tablespoons of salt in a corner of your wardrobe (I personally use pink Himalayan salt; table salt will also work) and store the salt in the bowl for 3 days. To do. At the end of the three days, toss and discard the salt. Pour it down the sink (it dissolves without harming the environment).
