Prescott Valley Public Library will be hosting an Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness class. Meditation is a foundational practice that helps you know yourself better, care for yourself and others, and relax and sleep better. Regular meditation has been scientifically proven to have powerful, long-lasting benefits. Through meditation, you can become more aware of your body and mind, and release yourself from everyday stresses and challenges. Join us on the second and fourth Monday in June for an Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness class. All levels of meditation are encouraged to join this free program, from those with no prior meditation experience to those with experience. Chairs will be provided, but please bring a cushion if needed.
Registration is not required, but space is limited.
