Trader Joe’s Green Goddess Seasoning Blend is the herb-packed main ingredient in this unconventional yet delicious recipe. Amazingly, this recipe takes less than five steps to make: just slice the goat cheese, coat it in breadcrumbs and seasonings, and fry it. The warm, gooey yet crispy goat cheese is the perfect topping for salads, toast, or pasta. Plus, as Katherine points out, this recipe is infinitely versatile when you change up the seasonings.
PB Jar Overnight Oats
Trader Joe’s
If you’re looking for a way to use up that jar of peanut butter sitting in your fridge, this recipe is for you! Fill the jar with your favorite milk and shake to break up the peanut butter sludge. Then add in the flaxseeds, oats and berries, shake again and store in the fridge overnight. Not only do Katherine’s Peanut Butter Overnight Oats look amazing, they also reuse that nearly empty jar in your fridge, transforming it into a nutritious breakfast the next morning and ensuring that the jar is finally empty.
Sicilian Tom Collins
Trader Joe’s
This summer, we’re taking advantage of TJ’s new organic 100% Sicilian lemon juice in this Tom Collins with a little edge. This recipe features rosemary simple syrup, which lends a sweet, herbal flavor to this classic bubbly gin cocktail. Plus, this cocktail can easily be made non-alcoholic without the gin, but the rosemary and lemon juice still give it some serious flavor. Perfect for a lazy afternoon in the backyard or a classy cocktail party with friends.
