Qi Ayurveda

When I was growing up as a girl in a Malayali family, Chembarati and Veerila Thali were a weekly staple. Her mother would go outside and she would often see her picking flowers and leaves of Mussenda hibiscus, a local variety. And her grandmother was adamantly rubbing inca root (wild acacia) and small amounts of herbs in her palms to exfoliate and purify her skin. Water and this blended concoction were my weekly hair care ritual. This process took some time, but it was worth it. My grandmother and mother went gray late, but their curly hair remained healthy well into their 70s and 60s, respectively.

Perhaps it is an important journey that many of us undergo, but in my youth I paid little attention to their rituals and wisdom. But as I’ve gotten older and inherited their love of curly hair as well as self-care, I’ve gained a newfound respect and understanding for traditional beauty practices. Some may think that I was the first person in my family to get gray hair before I turned 30, because I scoffed at herbs and Ayurveda so much. The last 10 years have been a year in which India has come into its own as a producer of lifestyle products. – From beauty to fashion.

Qi Ayurveda (pronounced Qi) is a new entrant to the domestic beauty brand market. However, Rajshree Pathy, who founded this brand, has solid knowledge and experience in the industry. For the past two years, Rajshree, who is one of the founding members of Ayurveda and the founder of the Indian Design Forum, has dedicated all her time and energy to the iconic and world-famous brand Kama. He is a famous person who started his Ayurveda. Growing up in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Rajshree absorbed various aspects of Ayurveda from those around her.

In many of the interviews she gave during the brand’s launch, she talked about how normal it was for her to be taken to the nearest ‘Vaidishala’ (Ayurvedic center), and how it was common for her to be taken to the nearest ‘vaidishala’ (Ayurvedic center) and to have a cup of tea filled with herbs, leaves and flowers. She talked about how bathing was a way of life when she was young. and. Over the past five years, a new space has emerged where ancient wisdom meets modern innovation, as the narrative around beauty and health rituals has shifted from simple chemical solutions to more holistic approaches.

The name reflects the founder’s approach to the brand. Although it is written as Qi, it is pronounced as Chi. This is the life force that runs through us all. Through their products, communications and stories, they promote the preservation of this life energy through rituals that nurture and nourish people through natural materials.

Mr. Rajshree was inspired to create a brand that combines Ayurvedic rituals and herbal formulas with the best production and technology to ensure customers get the most powerful and effective experience when using their products. To this end, we collaborated with a cadre of Swiss scientists and researchers. Her experiment in creating an Ayurvedic beauty brand that offers the effectiveness and potency of modern products guided the company from the beginning.

The brand has launched four different variants that cater to different hair care needs that people have, including moisturizing, nourishing, restoring, and wellness. Each of these categories has corresponding oils, shampoos, and conditioners that feature ingredients and formulations that can address these needs. The brand was launched in April at the founder’s farm in Coimbatore with a small but select group of industry experts and press, giving guests an up-close and personal look at the founder’s way of life. I got it.

The brand has been launched on Good Earth and its dedicated website where you can learn more about the products from their history to their formulations. This holistic and mindful brand is a passion project for Rajshree, who wants to create a comprehensive self-care brand and plans to roll out skin care products in the near future.
