With only a few weeks until this month’s Amazon Prime Day, I’m still finding some seriously discounted sales on anti-aging skincare. As a longtime beauty editor, I know that discounts like these are rare, but I was surprised to find some of the best serums, lotions, and cleansers on sale this week, including a bunch of my favorite beauty essentials (CosRx Snail Mucin is a no-brainer!).
The products below are some of my favorites, and some of them are even on my list of the best anti-aging skincare products for 2024. Best of all, they’re all available for less than usual, and some are holding steady at some of the best prices I’ve seen this year.

It’s not a wrinkle cream, This popular snail slime from CosRx is perfect for evening out skin tone and making your face look softer and brighter overall, and it’s also won multiple awards, garnered nearly 70,000 five-star reviews on Amazon, and impressed just about every beauty editor I know.
After my first use (my full review here), my face felt visibly more hydrated, and other users have bragged about how it soothes, hydrates, repairs, and improves dull skin, all of which help to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

If you’re new to retinol or have dry skin, CeraVe products are a great place to start. At just 0.3%, they’re gentler and less drying than more concentrated products.

While CosRx has helped popularize snail mucus as a skincare ingredient, their other products are not to be missed. Case in point: their Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Cream. A favorite among K-Beauty fans, this face cream packs and locks in moisture into dry, dehydrated skin, preventing further moisture loss. I love this moisturizer’s lightweight, fast-absorbing formula and antioxidant ingredients. The texture is not too heavy, but perfectly rich, and the product itself absorbs quickly, which is why it’s one of the best anti-aging products of the year.
Bonus points: In addition to hyaluronic acid, this cream also contains Vitamin Tree Water (aka sea buckthorn), which is packed with vitamins, amino acids, and fatty acids that help strengthen the skin’s barrier and further moisturize. Plus, it’s mid-priced.

I love Garnier Micellar Water in general, but this version in particular is perfect for an ageing face in summer. The leave-in cleanser works like a magnet, lifting away dirt and grime from your face while conditioning and cleaning your skin super gently.
This version also removes waterproof makeup, including smudge-free mascara, a warm-weather essential, without dragging or irritating the delicate skin under your eyes (and potentially increasing the appearance of wrinkles). You’ll get two generous 13.5-ounce bottles at a great price, so stock up now.

Jima Silk
At first glance, you might think, “Why on earth would I need a silk pillowcase? Am I an empress? Are we in Hollywood 1934? Should I be sleeping with cold cream on my face and calling people?” ah-Lynn? Do you also need a silk robe and high-heeled slippers?
But then you get the facts: Silk pillowcases support healthy skin. Studies show that they can help prevent fine and deep wrinkles, as well as prevent hair loss and breakage if you’re concerned about thinning hair, and keep your hair from frizzing overnight.

Speaking of retinol, there’s a reason Sarah Jessica Parker’s favorite brand is drugstore skincare legend: it’s proven to work. In clinical studies, 97% of people who tried RoC’s Retinol Correction Night Serum reported smoother skin after just one night. Users also reported a 63% increase in skin moisture after one week and visibly firmer skin after one month.
RoC’s Retinol Serum is also dermatologist recommended and tested, and with over 13,000 five-star reviews, it’s one of the highest-rated skin care products on Amazon.

Elta MD
Ask any dermatologist what the most important step in anti-aging skin care is, and they’ll undoubtedly say a quality sunscreen — and this version from EltaMD is easily one of the best.
Of all the sunscreens I’ve tested, EltaMD SPF consistently receives the highest ratings, especially from doctors who recommend tinted mineral sunscreens like this one, which offer broad-spectrum physical coverage and hydration, evening out skin tone in the process. It’s also made with natural ingredients zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, which give it a smooth finish, even on dry or sensitive skin.

There’s a reason why I named this Peter Thomas Roth formula the best retinol serum of the year. With a 1.5% retinal concentration, Really It’s effective at reducing wrinkles and fine lines, but not so strong that your face starts peeling after the first week. Plus, it contains microencapsulated retinol that lasts for eight hours, is gentle, and is packed with brighteners like Vitamin C and soothing emollients like Vitamin E and squalane to hydrate the face and reduce redness.
The texture of this product is particularly striking – it’s silky smooth rather than sticky and tacky. I used this product for 3 months last year and noticed an almost immediate tightening effect on my skin. After a few weeks, I noticed a brighter skin tone and a reduction in the lines on my forehead.
Picking the best retinol serum for all skin types can be tricky, but with high-quality ingredients and a thoughtful formula, this product is the closest thing to a skincare star that will suit most people perfectly.

We know that retinol helps reduce wrinkles, but this Swedish brand’s dark spot fix does double duty: It’s a skin-brightening treatment that contains Retinol 8, a stabilized vitamin A complex that’s said to be eight times more effective than traditional retinol but half as irritating. While we don’t have any data to back up the company’s claims, we can speak from experience: the formula is creamy and gentle, and it helped fade the stubborn brown spots on my cheeks that had plagued me for years in just three weeks.
While it won’t be as effective as a visit to the dermatologist, if you’re struggling with mild pigmentation, this is a great at-home skincare option – especially at this price.

If I had to choose one beauty product to bring to a desert island (other than sunscreen), it would be Sunday Riley’s Good Gene. The lactic acid treatment gently yet effectively exfoliates dull skin’s surface, promoting cell turnover and giving even the dullest skin a healthy, vibrant glow.
It also smooths and plumps rough skin and brightens uneven skin tone. I use this every night and my skin looks amazing. The sale price is still not cheap but a little goes a long way. I’ve been using it for months now.
